Fuji Steakhouse.  Riders will depart the Dealership on Saturday\, July 26th at 11:30AM\, so please arrive earlier for the pre-ride instructions.  Guests are welcome if they sign a waiver. \nFrom Dr. Jax: Back by popular demand\, Dr. Jax is bringing us another scenic and savory ride to Mount Fuji Restaurant in Hillburn\, NY!  This was a big hit last year\, and it’s easy to see why—delicious food\, funny entertainment\, a jaw-dropping view\, and a route that winds through the stunning roads of Harriman State Park.  As an extra bonus\, given the restaurant’s beautiful\, picturesque setting\, Dr. Jax will be offering personal portraits after lunch for anyone who wants a photo with the background of their choosing.  Come for the ride\, stay for the food\, and leave with memories (and pictures) to last a lifetime.  It’s gonna be a great ride—you don’t want to miss it!
