A planned “comfort stop” will take place around the 1 hour and 45 minute mark—roughly the 50-mile point—giving riders a chance to stretch\, refuel\, and regroup before the final leg of the journey.\nThe destination\, the Log Cabin Restaurant in Columbia\, NJ\, offers a warm and welcoming finish. Known for its rustic charm and hearty menu\, it’s the perfect place to relax\, swap stories from the road\, and enjoy a well-earned meal with fellow riders. \nAfter lunch\, riders can either enjoy a scenic 29-mile return ride back to the Wawa in Hackettstown\, where the group ride will conclude\, or break off and head home via US-46 or I-80 at their convenience.

DESCRIPTION:Please join Road Captain (and Chapter Photographer) Dr. Jax on a ride up to Mt. Fuji Steakhouse.  Riders will depart the Dealership on Saturday\, July 26th at 11:30AM\, so please arrive earlier for the pre-ride instructions.  Guests are welcome if they sign a waiver. \nFrom Dr. Jax: Back by popular demand\, Dr. Jax is bringing us another scenic and savory ride to Mount Fuji Restaurant in Hillburn\, NY!  This was a big hit last year\, and it’s easy to see why—delicious food\, funny entertainment\, a jaw-dropping view\, and a route that winds through the stunning roads of Harriman State Park.  As an extra bonus\, given the restaurant’s beautiful\, picturesque setting\, Dr. Jax will be offering personal portraits after lunch for anyone who wants a photo with the background of their choosing.  Come for the ride\, stay for the food\, and leave with memories (and pictures) to last a lifetime.  It’s gonna be a great ride—you don’t want to miss it!
